Temple’s Eric signed by Cleveland Cavaliers

After playing for Cleveland in the NBA Summer League, Temple’s Micheal Eric has signed a multi-year contract with the Cavaliers,  General Manager Chris Grant announced today.

Eric averaged 9 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game in his senior season at Temple. In the Las Vegas Summer League, the 6-foot-11, 240 pound center averaged 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 13 minutes per game for the Cavs’.

Eric joins Dionte Christmas, Lavoy Allen, and Ramone Moore as the Temple grads to recently sign professional basketball contracts.
